Lebanon Ice Bowl Players Meeting - Feb 27th, 2026

Welcome to the 18th Annual Lebanon Ice Bowl! I’d like to give a big shout out of thanks to Brad Hilton and Brandy Monnahan for the Rule/OB updates and the course preparation! We also want to thank John Shelton, the parks director for letting us use the Winfrey House and getting the bathrooms opened for us to use Saturday.

A huge thank you to this year’s Full Send Tour Sponsors: Patriots Gold & Silver, Elephant & Castle Fine Arms, Dynamic Discs, Innova Champion Discs, Fossa Disc Golf, Prodigy Discs, Creator Designs, MVP/Axiom Discs, Millennium Golf Discs, Discmania, Educational Disc Golf Experience, Slim Chickens, 8Up, Greazy Dyes, Discs Unlimited, Swing Right Golf, Intuitive Body Work & Massage, Sticky Dyes, and AC3D Trophies

Everyone needs to check in at the Winfrey house. Pro players will be paid via PayPal unless other arrangements are made. Please be sure that the address that is used to sign up with is the e mail you want your winnings to be sent to. If not, let me know the address you want used before you leave the event. Amateurs you will be paid out with a voucher that may be used in the trailer just like cash. Six players will be allowed in the trailer at a time to shop. If you receive a voucher, it must be redeemed the day of the event unless special arrangements are made. Simply come talk with me if there is a circumstance in which you need to leave before shopping. You may have someone shop for you.

Round 1 tees off at 10. The official score keeping will be at pdga.com/score. The code is LIB. Round 1 player course and hole assignments will be posted shortly after registration closes Friday night at https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/99375. The staff will automatically receive the scores at tournament central. After the first round, a chili lunch will be served at the Winfrey house. Round 2 SHOULD start at 1, but may change based on last card. There will be an announcement by DGM staff, and round 2 assignments will be posted on the PDGA page.

There will be a $5 (Cash only) Roll Over Ace Pot going on as well. Don’t forget to sign up by putting your name on the Ace Pot bag and putting your $5 inside. The current roll over Ace Pot is at $220. If no Ace is hit 1/2 will go to the charity and 1/2 will be rolled over. Good Luck!!

There are 3 holes that have moved so the distances are changed. Hole #4 at the JHM course is now 478’. Hole #4 at the Winfrey course is 282’, and Hole #5 is 393’.

Unbranded CTP is hole 17 at Jared Hilton. MVP/Axiom-only CTP is hole 14 at Winfrey. Prodigy-only CTP is hole 5 at Jared Hilton. Trilogy-only CTP is hole 4 at Winfrey.

Park bathrooms should be open, and there will be porta potties on the Winfrey course. Rules for the course are listed below. Please note that the best rule in the PDGA Rule Book is the Rule on playing a Provisional Throw. It allows all arguments to be ended and play to resume quickly. It also places the burden of making the call on the TD. If there is any issue, play a provisional and ask the TD after the round to clear up a ruling.

Play well, have fun, and thank you for being a part of helping the L-Life Food Pantry as they help the less fortunate and hungry!
